Performance: Ovid’s Metamorphoses

The Galleria Borghese transforms the garden behind the Villa into an open-air theatre with Le Metamorfosi, an immersive performance conceived and directed by Giuliano Peparini, bringing Ovid’s figures to life through art, nature and movement.
A spectacular journey in which the landscape becomes part of the narrative and the metamorphoses unfold before the audience’s eyes.
The performance will take place on 28, 29 and 30 September at 8:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Duration: 45 minutes.
The museum will remain open during the performance. Combined tickets are also available.
